Buthaina Tina Terwis
First ChairmanA political activist and advocate for women's rights. She is the first president of the Sudanese community in Calgary. The community was established and formally recognized during her leadership.
Eisa Gumaa
Fifth Chairman2023 – 2025 He is considered the fifth president of the Sudanese Community and one of its founders. He played an active role in establishing many of the community’s regulations and bylaws, and made significant contributions to its organization and development during his presidency.
Mohammad Salih
Second ChairmanA political activist with a strong interest in Sudanese affairs During his tenure, some of the community's goals were achieved, including securing a headquarters for the Sudanese community.
