About us
Calgary canadian Sudanese Community Association (CCSCA) NON PROFIT organization based in Calgary, Alberta Since its inception in 2014, CCSCA has continued to introduce and deliver successful programs and activities that help achieve its long established goals. The primary objective of CCSCA is to foster the development of the Sudanese Canadian community and to contribute to Canadian society by promoting good citizenship and volunteerism principles among its members. CCSCA programs have helped its members in aspects of capacity building, settlement support & integration, skills & career development. Most of ccsca's programs are funded by its members and run by volunteers from the Sudanese community and/or other service organizations

President Biography
Eisa Gumaa 2023 – 2025
Eisa Gumaa 2023 – 2025 He is considered the fifth president of the Sudanese Community and one of its founders. He played an active role in establishing many of the community’s regulations and bylaws, and made significant contributions to its organization and development during his presidency.

Buthaina Tina Terwis
First ChairmanA political activist and advocate for women's rights. She is the first president of the Sudanese community in Calgary. The community was established and formally recognized during her leadership.
Eisa Gumaa

Mohammad Salih
Second ChairmanA political activist with a strong interest in Sudanese affairs During his tenure, some of the community's goals were achieved, including securing a headquarters for the Sudanese community.
Abu Talib Taha
Third ChairmanHe is the third president of the Sudanese Community in Calgary. During his term, the community’s achievements and goals continued to progress successfully.
Imam Mohammad
Fourth ChairmanA political and social activist, Imam Mohammed serves as the fourth president of the Sudanese community in Calgary. Under his leadership, the community has continued to grow and thrive.
